Delivery and Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

Production and Delivery
Step 1: Design Process (1–3 business days)
After you place your order, we will create a design based on your preferences. We will send you a proof that you need to approve before we can move forward with production.

Step 2: Production and Shipping (approximately 8–9 business days)
Once the design is approved, it will be sent to our factory for printing.
Production time: Typically takes 1–4 business days depending on the factory’s capacity.
Shipping time: Once the product is ready, it will be shipped directly to you. Shipping usually takes 4–6 business days.

Overall, the entire process (design, production, and shipping) takes about 8–10 business days from the time you approve the design.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen delays with the shipping company, especially during holidays or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Delivery
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. With this, you can easily follow your package all the way to your door.

We print our products either in Latvia or Spain, but this does not affect delivery times or your shopping experience.

Uncollected Packages
If your package is not collected upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 59 SEK to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend you keep track of the delivery details and track your package to ensure it is received on time.
